To cook or not to cook? It is up to you. There is a selection of restaurants to enjoy on Salt Cay: Coral Reef Bar & Grill, Pat’s Place and Porter’s Island Thyme. There are also several island style grocery stores where basic staples may be procured. We can arrange for private catering or a personal chef to be at your beck and call.
When to come? Every season on Salt Cay is unique! Snorkel or scuba dive every day! Be it January to March when the humpback whales migrate along our shores; April to October when the seas are calm & crystal clear and more guests arrive by sea than by air; manta rays, spotted eagle rays and leopard rays abound; November, December and January when a multitude of bird species visit Salt Cay on their annual migration; Salt Cay is Eco-tourism at its best!
